Had to call several times to find out parts not ordered on washer, finally fixed, never received a follow up to see if I'm happy,I'm not. AC issue yesterday. Guy was a no show, no call yesterday, 2 hours late so far today. Not reviewing!!

2 10 Home Buyers Warranty Customer Care Review
I sent them the home inspector report through their e mail as I was told and waited for 4 days and today is the fifth and did not reply. Tried to call them they put me on hold for 25 min every time. Looks like I have to contact Ohio general attorney to investigate these crocks. Also will send them a certified mail before I take legal action against them.
