Air conditioner went out...they canceled order for part and never advised after i got an authorization. Second time the order was suppose to arrive nextday. It took 3 days and they ordered wrong part. Customer service would not help , connected me to puchasing. They gave me a number that connected to the wrong number. Once connected tothe right number i was on hold for 2 hours! Im desperate for resolution. Now im on hold again and will have to wait days again! I will never buy their warranty again!

I purchased your 210 Home Warranty Insurance for over 9 years and have renews it since. I have a problem with my hot water heater and 2-10 tells me that I am not covered and in my contract it says you also cover the hot water heater unfortunately you have not kept to your promises. I have tryed contacting the CEO of the company and nobody would give me his phone number or e-mail address. This is sad you beg me for your business and then when I have a problem cannot get hold of the CEO. Would you kindly ask the CEO to phone me at 704-900-****.

2-10 home warranty joke

I have now waited 3 weeks to get action on the replacement of a dishwasher. I have called 6 times, spoken with 4 different reps and I need to start at the beginning of the story each time, with the same result....NOTHING!!!

I want my money back for this farce!

I guess I should be happy that the wait time when I call is at least 15 minutes because it gives me time to calm my nerves and to prepare for the inevitable game that is about to occur. One rep told me that they have 60 employees who handle 2000 calls daily so it probably isn't the employee's fault....but c'mon!!

I put a service rereguested in on may30 and still have no air condition I called them they put me on hold. Istill dont know what theyare doing. Then i call them back. To ask them for a cash buy out nd they still didnt answer me then they put me on hold again! All i want is my air condition and heating replace.

This Situation They've Got Me In Has Got to Be a Joke!!

The worst possible company. Have not spend 22 hours on the phone on either hold or trying to get an issue resolved this week. Our AC unit is not working.. the first guy they sent out took our $100 deducible and then never contacted 2-10 to report the issue. They sent out a 2nd company to check out the issue and then called 2 hours after and said that company THEY sent out is too expensive and we would have to have a 3rd company come out. I've now spend seriously over 22 hours on the phone THIS WEEK trying to speak to someone to get this resolved. I've been lied to, hung up on and calls not returned. Honestly, the WORST home warranty company out there. The issue is still not resolved over a week later.

Dishwasher disaster...AWFUL company and customer service!!!

We got the 2-10 warranty when we bought our home. Our dishwasher stopped cleaning our dishes and was leaving a large pool of water in on the bottom that smelled awful.

Called the company, a contractor came out cleaned the drain and spun the *** to drain and said it drained fine. We later ran the machine and same issue, called back and had the issued a "recall" meaning the same contractor came back and did the same thing saying it was draining fine. This contractor refused to stay through a cycle to figure out the issue. http://www.billvandervortrefrigeration.com/ This contractor is awful as well and his receptionist is snotty and rude!

Called back 2-10 and they had no notes or anything from the contractor and I said the dishwasher was not repaired. I told them I wanted a NEW person to come out and they tried to say I would be charged ANOTHER deductible! I asked to speak with a supervisor who I explained the situation and explained I would not have that same contractor come nor would I pay another deductible. He was extremely rude, insisting that someone had only been to the house once.

I repeatedly told him this would be the third time someone would be coming to my home, he continued to argue. Finally, he must have looked at notes somewhere and realized I was right and was apologetic. After months of dealing with this we finally got another dishwasher because we had to bribe the newest contractor with coffee to actually stay through cycle and he did figure out that half way through a cycle the dishwasher stopped washing.

Whenever I called 2-10 they never had any idea of what was going on with my claim, no one seemed to have notes or have notated when I called. This company is awful and I would NEVER consider renewing my home warranty with them!

IDK IF I CAN REALLY BLAME 2 10 or IF IT IS THE CONTRACTORS BUT REGARDLESS 2 10 STILL SHOWED TREMENDOUS IMPERSONAL UNPROFESSIONAL IN HANDLING OF MY CLAIM

THEY HIRE CONTRACTORS WHO DO NOT CONTACT YOU AT ALL (forget 2 10's 24 hr period I'm waiting 8 & 10 days no hear from )

SO NOW IT'S 4/6/16 & MY ORIGINAL CLAIM WAS CALLED IN ON 3/22/16 & YET NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP TO LOOK AT MY BROKEN WASHER LEAKING ALL OVER MY FLOOR

SO NOW ITS 15 DAYS & NO ONE HAS BEEN HERE TO LOOK LET ALONE DIAGNOSE & FIX MY WASHING MACHINE

I SAT ON HOLD NOW 45 MINS TRYING TO GET A SPVSR & THE REP KEPT COMING UP WITH EXCUSES (BASICALLY THEY WERE BLOWING ME OFF )

END ALL IS THEY TOLD ME TO FIND MY OWN PROVIDER & HAVE CONTRACTOR CALL THEM WITH FEE'S & COSTS FOR PRE-APPROVAL

IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT HAPPENING TO YOU ???? IS THIS QUALITY SERVICE YOU PAY HIGHEST PKG FOR WITH A $75.00 SVC FEE

Horrible Service

Heat pump and system went out about 2 weeks after moving into our new house. Was told it was a pre-existing condition and it was denied. I asked for a manager and was sent to OOP (Office of the President), had to sent in two different pre-purchase inspections to prove we weren't lying. Showed in working condition by two different inspectors before we purchased the house. Had to take a loan of 4800 and they only paid 1k. Horrible customer service, would not advise to purchase a warranty save that money and fix your problem because it's more than 2-10 will provide help with. I had to keep my child in either a cold or hot room for a week while they pondered if they would help me or not. Horrible customer service.

2-10 has to be one of the worst companies to work with. AT&T and Time Warner look like saints compared to these people. They are impossible to contact by phone, they do not call back in a timely manner, and the service providers use cheap parts. They will try and make you pay the deductible twice if a provider has to come back again to fix the same problem two day later. Stay far away from this ridiculous scam. I would not recommend anyone use this company. After researching 2-10, I see that I am not the only one who is having this problem and doubt I will be the last.

Our AC went out on our second day in a new house. The first contractor they assigned to our problem never called me, wouldn't answer their calls, wouldn't answer my calls. After a few days I requested they find a new contractor. Finally sent a different company out. They determine the problem is with the A coil. 2-10 decides that it is a pre-existing condition and will not cover it. I argued and said that pretty much anything I would call them about could be a pre-existing condition...what is the point of this warranty?? Tried to fight it, sent them a copy of the home inspection that was conducted before we bought the house. Does not matter. They say they only cover things that were in good working order before the warranty was in place. It doesn't matter that the AC was working fine every time we visited the house and our first couple days. 2-10 is a complete SCAM. Don't bother.

Refused to fix my ac. Sent unqualified unlicensed Hvacr guys 2 times. No air for 2 months. Finally called a real ac contractor. Who looked and gave a real repair price. Insurance company offered me 800 bucks on a 2800 repair. Versus a new 7800 system. Contractor showed me the materials cost which was more than the offer the insurance company was gonna pay
