2-10 home warranty joke
I have now waited 3 weeks to get action on the replacement of a dishwasher. I have called 6 times, spoken with 4 different reps and I need to start at the beginning of the story each time, with the same result....NOTHING!!!
I want my money back for this farce!
I guess I should be happy that the wait time when I call is at least 15 minutes because it gives me time to calm my nerves and to prepare for the inevitable game that is about to occur. One rep told me that they have 60 employees who handle 2000 calls daily so it probably isn't the employee's fault....but c'mon!!

This Situation They've Got Me In Has Got to Be a Joke!!
Dishwasher disaster...AWFUL company and customer service!!!
We got the 2-10 warranty when we bought our home. Our dishwasher stopped cleaning our dishes and was leaving a large pool of water in on the bottom that smelled awful.
Called the company, a contractor came out cleaned the drain and spun the *** to drain and said it drained fine. We later ran the machine and same issue, called back and had the issued a "recall" meaning the same contractor came back and did the same thing saying it was draining fine. This contractor refused to stay through a cycle to figure out the issue. http://www.billvandervortrefrigeration.com/ This contractor is awful as well and his receptionist is snotty and rude!
Called back 2-10 and they had no notes or anything from the contractor and I said the dishwasher was not repaired. I told them I wanted a NEW person to come out and they tried to say I would be charged ANOTHER deductible! I asked to speak with a supervisor who I explained the situation and explained I would not have that same contractor come nor would I pay another deductible. He was extremely rude, insisting that someone had only been to the house once.
I repeatedly told him this would be the third time someone would be coming to my home, he continued to argue. Finally, he must have looked at notes somewhere and realized I was right and was apologetic. After months of dealing with this we finally got another dishwasher because we had to bribe the newest contractor with coffee to actually stay through cycle and he did figure out that half way through a cycle the dishwasher stopped washing.
Whenever I called 2-10 they never had any idea of what was going on with my claim, no one seemed to have notes or have notated when I called. This company is awful and I would NEVER consider renewing my home warranty with them!

IDK IF I CAN REALLY BLAME 2 10 or IF IT IS THE CONTRACTORS BUT REGARDLESS 2 10 STILL SHOWED TREMENDOUS IMPERSONAL UNPROFESSIONAL IN HANDLING OF MY CLAIM
THEY HIRE CONTRACTORS WHO DO NOT CONTACT YOU AT ALL (forget 2 10's 24 hr period I'm waiting 8 & 10 days no hear from )
SO NOW IT'S 4/6/16 & MY ORIGINAL CLAIM WAS CALLED IN ON 3/22/16 & YET NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP TO LOOK AT MY BROKEN WASHER LEAKING ALL OVER MY FLOOR
SO NOW ITS 15 DAYS & NO ONE HAS BEEN HERE TO LOOK LET ALONE DIAGNOSE & FIX MY WASHING MACHINE
I SAT ON HOLD NOW 45 MINS TRYING TO GET A SPVSR & THE REP KEPT COMING UP WITH EXCUSES (BASICALLY THEY WERE BLOWING ME OFF )
END ALL IS THEY TOLD ME TO FIND MY OWN PROVIDER & HAVE CONTRACTOR CALL THEM WITH FEE'S & COSTS FOR PRE-APPROVAL
IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT HAPPENING TO YOU ???? IS THIS QUALITY SERVICE YOU PAY HIGHEST PKG FOR WITH A $75.00 SVC FEE
GLAD AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT I WONT BE REFERRING THIS COMPANY OR THEIR 3 LAME COMPANY'S THAT COULDN'T BOTHER GETTING HERE TO FILL EITHER ONE OF ANY OF THEIR COMMITMENTS (ONE OF WHICH IS A LONG TIME FAMILY NAME IN THE AREA TRENT APPLIANCE THAT DOESN'T SERVICE BOSCH A VERY BIG NAME IN THE AREA MEANING 9 OUT OF 10 HOMES HAVE & THEY DON'T SERVICE BOSCH ? & COULDN'T CALL 2 - 10 TO SAY THEY RECEIVED RO/WO BUT THEY DON'T FIX BOSCH THEY LEFT ME HANGING FOR DAYSSSS .... REALLY ? GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE TOO hahaha)
SO KNOW YOUR MY BUYER OR SELLER I WILL STEER YOU CLEAR FROM HERE SO YOU DONT GO THRU THIS SAME DEGRADING ABUSE
