BRAND NEW HOUSE IN SPRINGFIELD, GA HORIZON BUILDER.

AFTER TWO MONTHS HOUSE FLOODED DURING A TROPICAL STORM. WATER POURED IN THE BACK DOOR.

FOUND OUT THE BACK WALL AND DOOR WAS OUT OF PLUMB MORE THAN THE STANDARD MEASUREMENTS ALLOWED BY THE

BUILDING CODES. ALSO, NOT BUILT RIGHT. LEDGE ON WALL.

NO REASONABLE RESPONSE. WENT TO ARBITRATION, VERY COSTLY, GOT NO HELP. 2-10 DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE OUT-OF-PLUMB WALL OR AIR GAP IN THE DOOR FRAME.

2-10 SAYS IN THE WARRANTY THAT THE BUILDER WILL REPAIR OR GIVE THE HOMEOWNER COMPENSATION FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE REPAIR AND DAMAGES. NO ADMISSION OF RESPONSIBILITY

NO COMPENSATION. DON'T BE DECEIVED BY A WARRANTY

WHEN YOU PURCHASE A NEW HOUSE. DON'T GO TO ARBITRATION BECAUSE IT WON'T BE OF ANY USE.

THE ARBITRATOR IS ALWAYS ON THE BUILDER'S SIDE AND YOU WON'T GET TAKEN CARE OF. ONLY TAKEN.
