I have a new build, just 2 years old. 2-10 called multiple times to have me buy the extension on the insurance and I did.

I’ve had problems with AC in every house I’ve had and wanted to be covered. The units coil went bad and a valve. So I called 2-10, what a joke. Because the AC unit had a manufactures warranty for five years on it for parts 2-10 won’t pay for the labor or anything connected to the repair.

I Went over this extensively with the 2-10 rep before I bought the coverage so I had the right one and added AC to cover this exact problem. They said after the fact I got the wrong add on and nothing will be covered.

So I have a brand new house with insurance and I have to pay around $1000 to get my AC fixed. Thanks 2-10 your a waste and a lie.
