They sent me an Incompetent plumber who on a 5 minute cartridge replacement put the wrong part in, gave the wrong info to home warranty, broke an additional part,left us without running water for 2 days and caused undo stress travel, time and an additional 150.00 in parts. This does not include my labor and time and gas.
A trained monkey could have seen it was the wrong cartridge. Trust me I'm no plumber and never claimed to be, but I could tell the second I took it apart.
He was telling the home warranty company they would have to fix it through the wall take out tile and all other kinds of crap. here is photo of dumb *** move.
