We have been without AC for over 15 days. It’s extremly hot and I have 3 kids. They lost our first work order number which added additional days to the process of ordering a part that is needed to fix the AC. When I asked to expedite the order since the first one being lost was not my fault, I was told there is nothing they can do.
Additionally, our sun pump needs to be replaced and we were just told that we aren’t covered since it’s a plug-in unit, that’s after we had someone come and we had to pay them $75 copay.
We have been with this company for over 10 years. I feel like their customer service has been declining over the years and has become the absolute worse to deal with. They show no compassion for people calling in, it’s so scripted.
We will not be renewing our policy.
