In October 2017,a new Lennox heating and cooling system was installed at my home ,,at the time of that installation I was told that 2-10 did not send the heat strips. I have been contacting 2-10 about this issue since October...technicians have been here 3 times,,,every time they come they bring the wrong part that 2-10 has ordered.

I know it is not the technicians mistakes,,because I've watched them write down the model and serial number of my unit to give to 2-10. As a result of 2-10 inadequate service,,,I have had to leave my home to stay with family...because when the temperature drops below 30 degrees the pump is not strong enough to give off enough heat to keep my home warm by itself,,the heat strips are to help that pump when the temperature gets below 30 degrees The temperature here in Antioch Tenn is in single digits. I am very upset and frustrated about this issue. I feel like the people who are in your purchasing department are not doing their job.,when the technician told them the part was wrong they told him and me when I called them,,(,your purchasing dept has not called me or sent me an email telling me the part was wrong ), your customer service person told me I will have to call purchasing Tuesday,,,someone should have contacted me and the technician and made arrangements for him to go some place else and get the heat strips..

since 2-10 made the mistake. I have been waiting for this to be taken care of since October.. I am the one who is suffering because of this,, I have been with 2-10 since 1998 and I've been a good customer,,,but the service I'm getting now is not the way you treat a customer. The contractor is AirNow,LLC dba Max Air 615-988-****..technician, Jason 615-479-****,, work order # 630****,,,I hope you can get this issue taken care of for me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service,,order processing issues,,problem with sending the right parts.

Preferred solution: Talk to the contractor tell them to go to the supply shop and pick up the right heat strips and install them as soon as they can.,, .
